❓ What types of items can I store in my unit?
Customers may store most personal, household, and business belongings, including:
Furniture (beds, sofas, tables, chairs)
Household goods (appliances, décor, clothing, toys)
Seasonal items (holiday decorations, lawn equipment, sports gear)
Business inventory, records, and supplies
Tools and non‑hazardous equipment
❌ Prohibited Items
❓ What items are NOT allowed in storage?
For safety and compliance, the following items are strictly prohibited:
Food, perishables, or anything that attracts pests
Flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, chemicals, paint, fireworks)
Illegal substances or stolen property
Weapons or ammunition
Live animals or plants
Vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, four-wheelers, etc.
Anything that poses a health or safety risk
🔒 Security Requirement
❓ Do I need a lock for my unit?
Yes. For safety and security, we supply round disc locks that must be returned upon lease termination. However, you are allowed to supply your own lock of choice. Only one lock is allowed on the unit.

❓ When can I get to my stored items?
Storage access is available 24/7, Monday–Sunday.
