❓ When is after-hours service available?
Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all day Saturday & Sunday.
❓ How much does it cost?
The fee is $50 per service call plus cost of lock if supplied by Owner.
❓ Why is there a fee?
After-hours service requires staff to be on call outside of regular business hours, so the fee helps cover the added cost of providing this convenience.
❓ How do I request the service?
Simply give us a call. We’ll dispatch someone to assist you as quickly as possible.
❓ Is this service always guaranteed?
We do our best to respond promptly, but availability may depend on staff scheduling. Calling ahead ensures the fastest response.
❓ How much is it to have my lock cut during office hours?
The cost is $30 per service call plus cost of lock if supplied by Owner.
Note: For your protection, Tenants will be required to verify their identity before the service is performed.
