A: Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and all day Saturday & Sunday.

A: The fee is $100 per service call.

A: After-hours service requires staff to be on call outside of regular business hours, so the fee helps cover the added cost of providing this convenience.

A: Simply give us a call. We’ll dispatch someone to assist you as quickly as possible.
Q: Is this service always guaranteed?
A: We do our best to respond promptly, but availability may depend on staff scheduling. Calling ahead ensures the fastest response.
Q: How much is it to have my lock cut during office hours?
A: The cost is $30 per service call.
