📦 Storage Access
❓ When can I access my storage unit?
Storage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Monday–Sunday).
🏢 Office Hours
❓ When are administrative staff available?
Off-site office administration is available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Administrative services outside these hours are not guaranteed and may require prior arrangement.
💲 Fees & Billing
❓ How are storage fees calculated?
Fees are assessed monthly. Detailed invoices are provided to customers on a monthly basis.
❓ Are there additional administrative charges?
Administrative or processing fees may apply for account setup, late payments, or special service requests. These are itemized on invoices.
🔒 Security
❓ How is the facility monitored?
While the facility does not currently have cameras, management lives nearby and monitors the property directly.
❓ What type of lock is required?
For safety and security, we supply round disc locks that must be returned upon lease termination. However, you are allowed to supply your own lock of choice. Only one lock is allowed on the unit. Additional locks can and will be cut. The space for a second lock is for Owner use only in the event that the Tenant does not pay their rent and lockout is required.
