🔑 Access the Application

• Enter your email address to check if you already have an Innago account.

If not, you’ll create one to proceed.

This account is required for:

• Signing your lease

• Setting up payments

• Viewing invoices

• Communicating with your landlord

• Free initial application

📄 Required Documents

• Valid government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)

• You will upload a picture of your ID on the application. This means a picture of your driver's license, passport, or state ID... NOT A PICTURE OF YOURSELF! This is a requirement for verification of age! 

✅ Consent & Verification

By submitting your application, you affirm:

• You are 18 or older

• All information provided is truthful

📌 Next Steps After Submission

• Landlords review your application

If approved:

• Sign your lease digitally

• Manage communication through Innago’s tenant portal

• Handle rent payments online
